On Easter Sunday we invite you to live a gastronomic experience in our panoramic restaurant “La Terrazza dei Barbanti” overlooking the magnificent Bay of Naples.
Our executive Chef Vincenzo Stingone will prepare you a special menu.
Galletta with peas, basmati rice and artichokes in oil, rolls of Parma ham and
ricotta cheese with steamed quail eggs and salty crumbled
Cannoletti egg pasta with guinea fowl, borage, mushroom sauce and black
truffle slices with fresh broad beans coulis
Roasted lamb glazed in its own sauce, escarole, new potatoes sandy butter
Ricotta cream and passion fruit with Easter dove croutons
and milk chocolate mousse
